You’ll land on a map-based landing page with a multi-leg itinerary builder offering live accommodation availability and instant booking. Choose your preferred route, destination/s and allocate a lodge/s. Check your dates, number of rooms and people. Accommodation bookings can also be made via the Popular Journeys and Lodge pages. Vehicle rentals can be booked via the Car Rental tab or as part or during the itinerary builder process. Proceed to complete your personal details. Give your booking/s a quick once over to confirm your chosen booking details. Head on to the secure payment portal to settle the booking amount. Once payment is successful you will receive your booking confirmation via email. This email will include your booking details and link to follow for booking amendments or cancellations.

Your confirmation email includes a link to action amendments or cancelations via the platform. You will be prompted to register your client profile if you don’t already have one. This sets off an email notification including a link to sign in with your email and password to access your Safari2Go profile. Your bookings will be available under the bookings tab. Changes can be made from here. Note the messages tab for communication with our Safari2Go consultant or booked property. Amending number of room or person totals changes reflect on the original booking. Once the booked property accepts and actions the booking change either a settlement payment link will be sent to you via the messages tab, or a refund request is sent to Safari2Go to action. Look out for progress notifications via email. Please note - Adding extra nights to an existing booking is generated as a new booking on your itinerary builder.

Car Rental bookings can be amended or cancelled via the link provided on your car rental booking confirmation email. The link will generate an email to support@safari2go.travel for manual actioning.
