Safari2Go platform facilitates all communication with the booked property or Safari2Go administrator.

Dietary Requirements

Most dietary requirements can be catered for. It is advised that the client communicates any such specific dietary requirements to the booked property as soon as possible to ensure these can be met.

Guest Complaints

Should the client not be satisfied with the booked property they are advised to contact the relevant property. Complaints or feedback is expected during travel or within 1 week after the property stay.
