This is possible via your account profile on the Safari2Go website or a link provided on your confirmation mail.
How do I communicate with the accommodation property where I have booked?
A conversation link will be available on your booking confirmation emailer. This provides direct communication with your chosen establishment. Or, visit your account on the Safari2Go website for access to the function.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
Your refund will be handled according to the cancellation policy specified on your booking confirmation and property page at the time of booking. The refund will be processed by the Safari2Go. Check out the terms and conditions for more information.
